A friend of mine came over. Bored with nothing to do she pulgged in my T.V. and turned it on. We sat there speechless as we looked on watching the news. We watched the news for a good hour and a half, maybe two. The remarkabke thing was that it was not until the forth time the news had repeated itself we realized that we were in fact watching it over and over. If you asked me now I could only recall bits and pieces of what we were watching and nothing worth repeating as thoughts or ideas. Later another program came on which we watched again with the same rapt trace like attention. The peculiar thing was that I started to notice alot of different tricks they were using to hold our attention as the content was essentially meaningless and had no relevance to the interests I have. I practically never watch T.V. and am always intrigued to the content which a year earlier would seem outrageous. A good analygy is the frog in a pan of water. If you raise the tempeture slightly degree by degree with enough time in intervals the frog will boil to death with no effort to get out. If you throw the same frog in a hot pan suddenly it jumps out immediatly. Think back to your childhood memories of television as an example. In this program about celebrites they used a constant barage of different effects, zoom in pan over zoom out, this went on in any given picture. They had also inserted flashes, grainy film footage and other graffics. I had to piont this out to my friend as she had been watching T.V. on a more regular basis and these camera tricks no longer registered in her concious awareness. She didn't notice the flashes or the cameras tendancy to zoom pan and refocus for no appearant reason. I saw a study in which particpants eye movements and attention spans were monitored while shown pictures on a T.V. screen. The more movement, the more engaged the viewer was to whatever was on the screen. Is it any wonder how people can watch programs with little or no content, or at least content that really has no value other than to hold your attention. Today "legitimite" news organizations content has also degraded and is more focused on holding attention and intertaining rather than informing and provoking thought. They are more about provoking emotion and getting viewers to debate and respond to trivial matters that seem silly in comparison to what is happening in the world and our society. When paris hilton was going to prison they did a whole segment on her special treatment, even going to cook county correctional facility to ask recently released inmates how they felt about this. If you are not farmiliar with cook county corrections I'll tell you. It is referred to as gladiator school. Assult is a daily occurance, mostly by the gaurds who slap, hit, swear and threaten inmates who are awaiting trial or serving time for crimes. I was there for a day and a half and saw two physical assalts on inmates, one for smoking on the bus, the other for sitting next to the person who was smoking. In a waiting cell a gaurd told everyone to shut the up or he would hit that guy and pointed to the largest man in the cell. People told me stories while I was in there and the glimspe I saw was the tip of the iceberg. So why is the news media going there to ask inmates about paris hilton? Why are they trying to raise public disapproval over something so trivial? Television is nothing more than a distraction that serves to shape collective conciousness over issues by exaggerating ones of non importance and remaining silent on those that are. An entire generation is being raised who will have no reference to what is of importance, who will see no camera tricks or flashes and watch with rapt attention meaningless news casts, shows and programs. Even if this isn't an effort to distract and lead collective conciouness away from legitimite issues, it is what it does.

Outlining one of the 11 types of mecanisms for psy-op stratagy.
The mass media and messages through commercial broadcasts I believe are the most vunerable to manipulation for those with the money, power and motives to influence what it is you and I actually see and are exposed to. The internet on the other hand is not as regulated (yet), which does not mean it is immune to psy-op propaganda, it means it is the most likely place to find it. As citizens we have little say in the process of what is shown on large networks and what is not. The internet provides us as a means to collectively share ideas and create our own cultural conciousness. The internet is a source of information like no other, consequently the same can be said about misinformation. Because anyone with an online connection has access to this information it would be in the interests of those who can not surpress it to debunk it. Reseaching MKultra and mind control technology I find this type of crap on a regular basis. Imagine you are the government and now you have no influence over what is written about or focused upon. The next best thing is to debunk those ideas. One way to do that is to sponcer ideas and claims so silly and unbelievable that someone researching a subject would disregard the whole subject as fantasy or conspiricy theroy. They may also put out counter claims and opposing theroies all sponcered by our tax dollars to confuse and refute the ideas and facts they would rather not have people reading about.
Here is a commical example I found : 1. Invisibility technology and tiny invisible personnel: After using invisibility technology, the nonlethal (psy) weapon users & equipment will become invisible, tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate. Thus, by wearing a propulsion device on back, every invisible personnel can move like a small flying ant. So, these tiny invisible personnel can gently fly onto a target's head to mind control him with their mind control equipment and technology - It is the most important secret to know that why a person can be well mind controlled!
He also goes on to state that the reason the operatives are invisible is because the mind control devices are human powered. Hmmm....I would have liked to hear that converstaion between the engineers and the agents.."Well we have achieved mind control, but...it has to be powered by humans." "Ok fuk it we'll make um invisible" "Yeah, why didn't I think of that." I'm not saying this is proof positive but you get the idea. There are literally countless examples, but this one made me laugh till I cryed, you'd have to read the whole thing. Mind control reseach is not a conspiracy theroy. The first EEG was created in 1928, there has been alot of time since for more elaborate devices, we are behind the times. Here are a few items you can find at the U.S. patent office, consequently technologies developed by the U.S. governmet don't have to register with the patient office due to national security. Their bank roll is in the billions, the private sector's bank roll pales in comparison.
US PATENT --4,717,343 --METHOD OF CHANGING A PERSON'S BEHAVIOR--A method of conditioning a person's unconscious mind in order to effect a desired change in the person's behavior which does not require the services of a trained therapist. Instead the person to be treated views a program of video pictures appearing on a screen. The program as viewed by the person's unconscious mind acts to condition the person's thought patterns in a manner which alters that person's behavior in a positive way.
US PATENT 5,270,800 --SUBLIMINAL MESSAGE GENERATOR--A combined subliminal and supraliminal message generator for use with a television receiver permits complete control of subliminal messages and their manner of presentation. A video synchronization detector enables a video display generator to generate a video message signal corresponding to a received alphanumeric text message in synchronism with a received television signal. A video mixer selects either the received video signal or the video message signal for output. The messages produced by the video message generator are user selectable via a keyboard input. A message memory stores a plurality of alphanumeric text messages specified by user commands for use as subliminal messages. This message memory preferably includes a read only memory storing predetermined sets of alphanumeric text messages directed to differing topics. The sets of predetermined alphanumeric text messages preferably include several positive affirmations directed to the left brain and an equal number of positive affirmations directed to the right brain that are alternately presented subliminally. The left brain messages are presented in a linear text mode, while the right brain messages are presented in a three dimensional perspective mode. The user can control the length and spacing of the subliminal presentations to accommodate differing conscious thresholds. Alternative embodiments include a combined cable television converter and subliminal message generator, a combine television receiver and subliminal message generator and a computer capable of presenting subliminal messages.
US PATENT 5,123,899 --METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ALTERING CONSCIOUSNESS--A system for altering the states of human consciousness involves the simultaneous application of multiple stimuli, preferable sounds, having differing frequencies and wave forms. The relationship between the frequencies of the several stimuli is exhibited by the equation g=s.sup.n/4 .multidot.f where: f=frequency of one stimulus; g=frequency of the other stimuli of stimulus; and n=a positive or negative integer which is different for each other stimulus.

US PATENT 4,877,027--HEARING SYSTEM --Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.
US PATENT 6,011,991--COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD INCLUDING BRAIN WAVE ANALYSIS AND/OR USE OF BRAIN ACTIVITY--A system and method for enabling human beings to communicate by way of their monitored brain activity. The brain activity of an individual is monitored and transmitted to a remote location (e.g. by satellite). At the remote location, the monitored brain activity is compared with pre-recorded normalized brain activity curves, waveforms, or patterns to determine if a match or substantial match is found. If such a match is found, then the computer at the remote location determines that the individual was attempting to communicate the word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched stored normalized signal.
US PATENT 4,858,612 - HEARING DEVICE --A method and apparatus for simulation of hearing in mammals by introduction of a plurality of microwaves into the region of the auditory cortex is shown and described. A microphone is used to transform sound signals into electrical signals which are in turn analyzed and processed to provide controls for generating a plurality of microwave signals at different frequencies. The multifrequency microwaves are then applied to the brain in the region of the auditory cortex. By this method sounds are perceived by the mammal which are representative of the original sound received by the microphone.
US PATENT 3,951,134 - APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REMOTELY MONITORING AND ALTERING BRAIN WAVES--Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject's brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein.
US PATENT 5,159,703 - SILENT SUBLIMINAL PRESENTATION SYSTEM --A silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude or frequency modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones or piezoelectric transducers.

Well these aren't things our news will cover, this is probably new to you. Which brings us to another psy-op axiom.
Overload: Often manifested by sending the enemy a large amount of conflicting information.
This method is used extensivly on the internet. Sure there is bound to be conflicting information on the internet, but when it comes to information that certain goverment agencies would rather not have in the publics conciousness conflicting informations takes on a whole new meaning and goes to a whole new level. I would now like to point to another piece taken from a government document on psy-ops. Don't take my word for it.
A revolution in PSYOP will occur in the near future. Improvements in hardware and
Software will allow for higher access speeds and larger bandwidths which will
provide the means to overcome current Internet limitations. With these pending
improvements realized, the internet will be the vehicle to enable a revolution in
PSYOP and improve the capabilities of PSYOP to achieve objectives specified in
the NNS.

On the outer limits of reflex control, the russian armed forces are
studying a host of unusual subjects, almost all of which center on
how information or electronics waves affect the mind. For example,
a recent book offered an extensive set of algorithms designed to
implant "suggestive influences" or what the author called "psycho virus's"
into a persons mind.
This paper was meant as an introduction to the poilcies and philosophy of our governmet in regards to information. They know as we all do that infromation is power. To them it is winning or losing a war. Or getting public support to start one. The introductory quote was also taken from the psy-op paper. It still amazes me that some people don't actually believe in the project MKultra or aren't even aware there was one. So If you are one of those who trusts your government and think it's all a bunch of conspiracy theroy I leave you with this.
